Return Requests

We strive to do everything right the first time and hope that you love your purchase. Returns on items can be returned within 7 days of being picked up or delivered. Please note we will not pick up any items that we did not deliver; if you picked up your purchase from our store you are responsible for transporting it back. Items must be returned in as purchased condition.

• C&C Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-purchased condition due to damage or misuse.
• If returned items need to be picked up from your home, you will be charged a pickup fee equal to the original delivery fee.
• Your initial delivery fee, if any, is non-refundable.
• 15% restocking fee will be charged on any returns that have been picked up or delivered
• Restocking fee will be refunded if customer decides to swap returned item with something in store equal or greater value. Swapped item must be decided on within the 7 day return window
